Brady Stratton serves as the Senior Vice President, Marketing, and CRA Director at First Community Bank Utah. He earned his bachelor of arts in business administration and finance from Weber State University in 2015, completed the Utah Bankers Association Executive Development Program in 2018, and graduated from the prestigious Pacific Coast Banking School in 2022 with a master’s certificate in banking and leadership.

In 2023, Brady co‑founded the First Community Bank Leadership Academy and has since facilitated both the Academy and various leadership development seminars. In 2020, he established the FCB Community Spotlight Program, which has contributed more than $500,000 to essential nonprofit organizations throughout Northern Utah.
Brady’s board service includes roles with the Young Investors Society , Safe Harbor Crisis Center, and Hopebox Performing Arts, where he currently serves as treasurer.

Brady and his wife, Camie, reside in Syracuse with their three daughters and one son. He is passionate about nonprofit engagement and community development and is honored to join the Young Caring for Our Young Board and its mission-driven work.
