At Young Caring For Our Young, our mission is to inspire hope, create opportunity, and build brighter futures for youth and families across Utah, Idaho, and Montana.
We believe that every child is entitled to the resources needed to craft a bright future. Our purpose is to respond to children’s needs with care and intention—restoring hope and showing every child that they matter.
We connect local schools, businesses, and community partners to ensure that every child has access to the resources they need — from food and clothing to education and emotional support.

Our Story
Young Caring for Our Young was founded in 2018 by the Young family who believe no child should go without basic needs. They set out to create a foundation focused on meeting real, immediate needs in their communities.
Our work is carried out through four core pillars: Conquer Hunger, Education, Clothing, and Health & Well-Being. Through these efforts, we provide meals, pantry packs, school supplies, clothing, and essential items that help children feel supported, confident, and prepared to succeed.
Through volunteer-driven events and community partnerships, we bring people together to make a meaningful impact—one child at a time.
