Every year as school starts back up again in September, Kia hosts an event called “Stuff the Bus.” This project helps raise money for the communities’ school districts as well as helping to provide supplies to less fortunate students. Kia accomplishes the goal of raising 10,000 dollars and packing a bus full of supplies for children in their community every year. Most years, their goal is even easily surpassed!!!

To achieve the money being donated, fliers are passed out to the elementary schools in Davis County. For every flier brought in, Young Kia donates $5 to the Davis Education Foundation, which helps bring funds to classrooms all around Davis County. On a day in September, the community may bring in their flyers and/or school supplies to any Kia dealership. There they will find a real school bus to stuff with school supplies, free pizza, a dunk tank, and face painting. This event is free, family friendly and lots of fun!

At Young Kia in Layton’s “Stuff the Bus,” you may even get to see the Maverick monster truck! The Young Automotive Group annually donates $250,000 to the school districts in which they do business. They call this, “Young caring for our young.” Young Kia is certainly the best dealership to “Stuff the Bus” at, but also the best place to purchase a new or used Kia. Think Young. Drive Young.
